Spearhead Records follows up their huge radio hit, Blame’s remix of LAOS’ ‘We All’, with another high class release which is making moves on the airwaves.
S.P.Y. should be a name familiar to you all by now, with strong support from all the names in the game, like Fabio & Grooverider, DJ Hype, Crissy Criss and Bailey, to name but a few. Stepping up for Spearhead he delivers a release which oozes his usual levels of quality and offers up a pair of beautifully put together tracks for your aural pleasure.
‘Sunship’ takes the lead with some sneakily embedded early rave influences all bundled up with a skipping breakbeat and a bassline so serious it could probably do your maths homework for you!
On the flip ‘Acid Trip’ opens up some mental pathways and drops like another trademark S.P.Y. track, with effortless class and superb levels of production. No wonder everyone’s getting their knickers in a knot about this release!
